All digital products, software code packages, templates, and document utility downloads are delivered electronically. Quarkova does not ship physical packages, CDs, USB drives, or hard-copy documentation unless specifically arranged under an explicit physical document printing agreement.
2. Fulfillment Timelines by Product Category
Digital assets, downloadable source packages, and templates are available instantly (within seconds) upon successful payment confirmation. Download links are displayed on screen and sent to your registered email.
Processed file outputs from image tools and PDF utilities are made available immediately in browser upon processing completion.
Milestone timelines for website design, custom software development, or script integration are mutually agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement (typically 3 to 14 business days depending on scope).
