Intellectual Property Policy

1. Introduction

This Intellectual Property Policy defines the ownership rights, licensing structures, trademark protections, and permitted usage of assets belonging to Quarkova (https://quarkova.com), founded by Sunil Baran Mishra (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-WB-12-0125801, India).

2. Proprietary Assets & Code Ownership

All elements of the Quarkova platform—including but not limited to source code (PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), algorithms, custom UI components, logo designs, graphics, branding, site text, blog articles, and software tools—are the exclusive intellectual property of Sunil Baran Mishra and Quarkova.

3. Licensing Models for Digital Products & Software Templates

When purchasing or downloading digital products, software source code, or templates from Quarkova:

Personal Use License:

Grants non-exclusive permission to use the purchased digital item for one personal, non-commercial project. Redistribution or reselling is strictly prohibited.

Commercial Use License:

Grants non-exclusive permission to utilize the digital asset in commercial client projects. Re-packaging or reselling as a competing standalone template remains prohibited.

4. User Content Ownership

Users retain 100% full legal ownership of any private files, text, images, or documents processed through Quarkova's online tools. Quarkova claims zero ownership or copyright over user-submitted assets.

5. Trademark Protection

"Quarkova", the Quarkova emblem, and related service names are proprietary brand identifiers. Unauthorized use of Quarkova trademarks in domain names, meta tags, or advertisement titles without written consent is prohibited.
