2. Zero Storage of Sensitive Payment Credentials

Strict Non-Storage Guarantee

Quarkova NEVER stores, processes, logs, or views your sensitive financial identifiers. Specifically, we do not store:

Credit Card or Debit Card Numbers
Card Expiry Dates or CVV / CVC Codes
UPI PINs or Net Banking Credentials
Bank Account Password or Authentication Tokens

All payment processing takes place on Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure checkout servers with end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.

Prices listed on Quarkova are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or US Dollars (USD $) as shown at checkout. All prices are final and inclusive of applicable GST / digital service taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Anti-Fraud & Transaction Verification

To prevent fraud and unauthorized card usage:

All payments undergo real-time automated 3D Secure / OTP verification.
Fraudulent transactions, chargeback manipulation, or stolen card usage will be investigated and reported to law enforcement agencies and banking networks.
